at Ramekins in Sonoma, CA

We fire up the wood-burning oven in the courtyard at Ramekins Cooking School & Event Center in Sonoma. We make the dough from scratch—New Jersey Boardwalk style and San Francisco Sourdough style. Choose from four of my most popular sauces. Add a glass of red or white. Add a big salad! Add another glass of wine!! All in the sunshine of Sonoma Wine Country.
